Improving the lives of others is more important than having a successful recruitment company. Everyone has the right to food, shelter, education and an opportunity to achieve their dreams.

We try and make this a reality for those less fortunate by volunteering our time, providing education, shelter, food and financial donations to stimulate the road to recovery.

“ I have always wanted to help young people in Ghana and when given the opportunity to do so with the Family Outreach Centre I was blown away by how impactful just spending time with a child can be. Whilst volunteering, I sang, danced and taught the children many things all without realising the impact me giving up my time was having on the children. However, for me, this was realised when as part of the WAM Campaign volunteering project we went out for a trip to the cinema as a treat and the kids. It was then I heard and saw the children chanting a positive affirmation I had taught them “I will be the best“. A truly humbling experience that will stay with me for a lifetime and when that I have encouraged other young people to embark on”

Since the formation of Williams Mining we are proud to have fed over 120 African children breakfast, lunch and dinner for over a year. In addition to this we continue to support charities such as the WAM Campaign and also work very closely with the African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust (ACLT).
