Under limited supervision, collect and analyze quality related data from production activities using statistical techniques.  Present/report findings to management.  Participate and/or lead Company quality related projects from project development through implementation.

  • Assist in the development, analysis, coordination, planning and execution of Six-Sigma cost saving initiatives
  • Participate in and be able to lead and direct special projects
  • Utilize Project Management Methodology to gather and organize data, and manage projects
  • Gather, organize and maintain data from multiple business units
  • Analyze performance reports, analyze and report on key performance indicator trends
  • Provide reports to management and assist in the preparation and presentation of project analysis, as required
  • Work closely with multiple business units to develop and deliver cost/benefit analysis, identify areas for improvement as well as assisting with the implementation of improvement recommendations
  • Update and maintain automated databases or web page environments
  • Perform other duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area (or equivalent experience) and two (2) years of experience within manufacturing or heavy industry
