Responsible for implementing, supporting and increasing awareness and adoption rate across the global enterprise of the technologies used to provide collaboration. This involves managing collaboration related projects, developing implementation strategies, conducting training and ensuring users have the necessary resource information.
  • Provide small group and large classroom training with a global focus on collaboration technologies including strategy/usage presentations to end users and MIS at all levels of the organization
  • Advocate for technology adoption
  • Manage collaboration implementations to the enterprise
  • Create training approaches, schedules, and track/report progress with senior management
  • Create and measure the success of each rollout
  • Revise training accordingly
  • Report to MIS management and PMO the status of the rollout
  • Create training guides, job aids, and videos for collaboration technologies
  • Work with collaboration related teams to understand the future direction of these technologies
  • Research and obtain certifications in voice and collaboration technologies
  • Perform other duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field and two (2) years of experience in the IT field
  • Experience performing Project Management for two (2) or more Information Systems projects
  • Basic understanding of Infrastructure design and support concepts
  • Basic understanding of IT terminology and processes
