This role will provide thought leadership in the designs of processes and technical solutions from a business and user perspective.  Very focused on the look, feel, and usability of all solutions.  Will provide direction in all User Interface components.  This position will interface with business process and technical resources, and will be actively involved in agile development cycles.  This is a global role, and will actively support solutions in North America, South America, Europe, India, and Indonesia. 

  • Provides design direction and leadership by establishing and overseeing Design Operations and User Experience strategy and processes
  • Provides User Interface recommendations and coordinates recommendations with Agile Track Leads
  • Facilitates and plans Design Thinking Workshops
  • Creates and manages Design Thinking artifacts and processes
  • Designs, develops, and reviews user centric and process solutions including information architectures, requirements, specifications, navigation design, flows, wireframes
  • Trains and mentors other team members on Design Thinking principles and techniques; includes creating and updating design standards documentation to align with modern UX principles
  • Analyzes potential business problems and determines business and MIS portions of proposed solution; manages appropriate action based on proposed solutions
  • Interfaces with other Process and Technology Development teams for project and system support
  • Performs other duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and eight (8) years of Process Design, User Experience, User Interface related work experience; OR
  • High School diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of Process Design, User Experience, User Interface related work experience
  • Experience in Requirements Development and Process Analysis and Definition
