Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties.  Responsibilities may include routine financial tasks, basic administrative reporting, and document retention.  Attention to detail and good organizational skills are necessary.  
  • Complete assigned duties as part of the accounting close process, which may include recording journal entries, performing research and analysis, data entry and possibly assist in report preparation
  • Perform analysis and reconciliation through system queries, research, investigation of reconciling items and resolution
  • Perform routine tasks, basic administrative reporting, and document retention.  Must pay close attention to detail and possess good organizational skills
  • May administer payroll or accounts payable activities, including the generation of quarterly and annual reports, maintenance of required records and the issuance of W-2s
  • Assist in accounting and reporting activities and special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of relevant experience
