Provide leadership and mentor internal team members on department procedures, challenges, and opportunities. Create contracts for site projects in a timely manner that succinctly communicates product specification or service requirements. Ensure compliance to procedures and limiting company exposure. 
  • Eliminate or reduce Company liability by ensuring compliance to safety, site operational policies, contractual requirements, and governmental regulations.
  • Maintain competitive pricing with emphasis on cost reductions, quality, and supplier delivery performance through competitive bid events, negotiated price, terms and conditions.
  • Create value with timely, accurate, and cost effective contractual agreements.
  • Reviews all rates, charges, and invoices are aligned with contract terms and conditions and ensures timely payment of invoices.
  • Perform other duties as requested.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience in the fields of Business, Accounting, Engineering or a related field
