Ambatovy Joint Venture operation in Madagascar are recruiting a well experienced Business Process Analyst who will lead the revamp of the Ambatovy business processes with best practice process for the future Ambatovy ERP.

The Role


The Business Process Analyst will define the change and alignment to best practices in order to prepare, socialize and conduct change within his/her domain of expertise during all phases of the ERP revamp project.


Responsibilities



  • Be aware of, understand and comply with the Ambatovy Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Policies and associated documentation.

  • Work closely with the business and SME's to identify and analyse core business processes and workflows.

  • Facilitating workshops with SME's.

  • Documentation of process and work flows.

  • Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements (complying with best business practice wherever possible).

  • Identifying issues and risks.

  • Assist IT SME in customer engagement including investigations, interviews, and formal or informal requirements gathering sessions to understand stakeholder needs.


The Requirements



  • University Degree in Business Process Management with good background in projects management OR University Degree in Information Systems Management with proven expert knowledge in Business Processes Management.

  • Minimum of 10 years experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects.

  • Strong skills in the following:

    • Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering

    • Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows

    • Experience facilitating workshops

    • Business engagement skills

    • Developing business requirements

    • Developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations



  • Understanding of ERP, BPMS and statistical/data analysis skills.

  • High level of competence with MS Office, in particular data modelling using Excel.

  • Expert of his/her Business management fields (Finance, Supply chain, HR, Maintenance, Operation, HSE etc)

  • Good Knowledge of Activity Diagrams, State Diagrams and Logical Design Models.

  • Training and developing subordinates to assume positions of greater responsibility in the organization.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and working knowledge of written and spoken English.
