Job Description:

Ambatovy Joint Venture operation in Madagascar are recruiting a well experienced Change Manager who will be responsible for creating and managing the project communications plan and project stakeholder engagements.

The Role


The Change Manager will report into the Project Manager.


Responsibilities



  • Be aware of, understand and comply with the Ambatovy Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Policies and associated documentation.

  • Develop, manage and implement a Communications Plan that delivers the right messages to the right people at the right time.

  • Create and implement a Stakeholder Management Plan: identify stakeholders, define their needs and expectations and analyse impact, influence and commitment levels.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the activities within the Communications Plan and Stakeholder Management Plan.

  • Engage stakeholders and continually align key messages with the changing business context.

  • Conduct Business Readiness review preparation and management.

  • Ensure impacted stakeholders are identified and related issues, risks and concerns are recognised and mitigation plans put in place.

  • Evaluate and modify change management plan to support delivery as required.

  • Develop Training Needs Analysis.

  • Create training documentation per training standards.


The Requirements



  • University Degree in Business Process Management with good background in projects management OR University Degree in Information Systems Management with proven expert knowledge in Business Processes Management.

  • Minimum of 10 years experience change management, project management and business processes analysis in medium or big business companies.

  • Sound Knowledge of the following:

    • Business Process Modeling and analysis

    • ERP or any Integrated System



  • Training and developing subordinates to assume positions of greater responsibility in the organization.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and working knowledge of written and spoken English.
