Job Description:

Globe 24-7 is in search of an HR Professional with background in Psychology or Psychometry to manage and execute the assessment of a large base of candidates in Papua New Guinea across different cities, towns and villages. The incumbent will be responsible for the end to end assessment life cycle including but not limited to reporting and planification. The RPO Assessor will report directly to the Senior Recruiter and work closely with the team to present the client with the best qualified candidates.

The Role


Responsibilities will include:



  • Conduct assessments within the different communities

  • Create and distribute fact sheets explaining what the test will imply and what results it will yield

  • Manage expectations from the candidates being assessed

  • Deliver timely results on all assessments

  • Communicate with Senior Recruiter and wider team on status

  • Coordinate and plan locations for assessments

  • Availability to travel within country most of the time


The Requirements


As a successful candidate it is essential that you possess the following skills, experience and competencies:



  • Bilingual in Tok Pisin and English. Hiri Motu proficiency would be considered an asset

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an HR coordinator, Psychometrist or assessor position

  • Strong planning and organization skills

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to explain the test calmly and clearly)

  • Empathy & Patience (candidates can often struggle understanding the task, need to continue to be patient and ensure the candidate feels comfortable)

  • Comfortable with technology (will need to setup machines, run dover software, export results etc)

  • Experience with Dover or Vienna assessment system would be consider an asset

  • Experience running diverse psycho-motor assessments



  • Integrity / Confidentiality - able to run the tests with integrity and not share/release confidential information (e.g. results)



  • Flexible with a high capacity to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
