The Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Americas you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and key accounts in Peru

  • Executing the business development strategies as set by the company

  • Building and maintaining relationships with the people from the industry

  • Managing existing and developing new client and candidate contacts

  • Working with our clients to assist their search needs as required

  • Assisting in contract negotiations, employee offers & contract preparations as required

  • Expanding Client Base through industry contacts, marketing campaigns, events, etc

  • Administrative tasks, invoicing, documentation, payments as required

Our Requirements

First and foremost, we look for enthusiastic and results driven people who love to work hard and can display the following skills and experience:

  • Passion and enthusiasm for business development and account management

  • Proven recruitment/account management experience in the international mining industry (i.e. North-and Latin America, Africa, Europe, Australia) or a similar heavy industry such as oil & gas, engineering, construction etc.

  • Strong commitment to delivering results for both client and candidates

  • Confidence to converse with personnel at all levels throughout the world

  • Willingness to travel domestically and overseas as required

  • Excellence in customer service and interpersonal skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Well-developed time management and communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Experience in a Recruitment Management system or database application

  • Fluent English and Spanish
