Job Description:

A great opportunity for an experienced professional to support the Human Resources Department within talent and performance management, develop the workforce strategy and ensure a standardized hiring process and effective communication within the organization.

The Role


Reporting to the Head of HR Department, you will be accountable for:



  • Developing and executing the workforce strategy, with a focus on Strategic Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Leadership Development.

  • Partnering with the business to ensure the successful execution of the Workforce plan

  • Facilitating talent assessments and talent reviews as part of the Strategic Talent Management process

  • Onboarding & Induction

  • Performance Management Cycle

  • Culture, inclusion, diversity

  • Suppliers management

  • Purpose-Driven Culture/Values

  • Employee Engagement

  • Employer Branding

Qualifications and Experience



  • 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with dedicated experience supporting talent management strategies would be preferred

  • An undergraduate degree, with a preference for a degree in Human Resources

  • Experience working with Talent Management systems, with a preference for experience working with the Success Factors Talent Suite

  • A professional Human Resources designation would be considered an asset

  • Availability to travel

  • Fluent Spanish and Advanced English
