A well-Known international company is currently searching for an experienced professional with experience as Human Resources Manager to assists in establishing and nurturing partnerships between HR and Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure responsiveness of HR initiatives and, timely and efficient delivery of HR services.

The Position


This is an opportunity for a senior professional with advanced command of Spanish and English and consolidated experience in Human Resources Management. Will be responsible to support the execution and implementation of various HR programs in the head office.


Responsibilities


The HR Manager will be responsible to:



  • Assess HR needs of centers of excellence and develop and/or implement integrated solutions together with functional HR point persons.

  • Guide COE management on identifying and addressing HR concerns.

  • Align the design and/or implementation of HR initiatives in the COEs with the strategic objectives of the company and with functional HR programs.

  • Keep COE management abreast of developments in HR-related areas and best in class HR practices within and outside the company and, recommend innovations as appropriate.

  • Conduct organizational diagnosis.

  • Develop Integrated HR solutions.

  • Provides HR services on everyday operations.

  • Execution and implementation of various HR programs in the head office.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology or behavioral Sciences.

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience.

  • Preferable working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, labor relations, recruitment, performance management and pertinent labor laws.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Manage multiple conflicting priorities.

  • Excellent client management and business literacy skills.

  • Ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and with HR colleagues.
