Globe 24-7 is in search of a Senior Recruitment Consultant, based in the East Perth offices. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationship, reporting, complete involvement in the end to end recruitment life cycle, and will provide proactive and effective candidate sourcing strategies to the client. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will report directly to the RPO Operations Manager and will be responsible for achieving great outcomes for the client and Globe 24-7.

The Role


Responsibilities will include:



  • Conduct thorough job debriefs with Hiring Managers within the SLA time frame

  • Manage and track the status of a portfolio of vacancies

  • Frequently update Hiring Managers with the statuses of open positions

  • Communicate effectively with the offshore teams in PNG and site to ensure information is flowing efficiently between the teams

  • Conduct candidates searches utilising ATS systems and candidate search engines

  • Create Talent Pipelines / Pools based on client forecasts

  • Filter candidates according to established profiles

  • Book and facilitate both interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers

  • Assist in the creation and modifications of adverts as and when required

  • Presentation of weekly progress reports and creation of weekly work plans

  • Influence recruitment best practices with Hiring Leaders and the HR Advisor team, and provide upskilling and support as required

  • Provide guidance, mentoring and leadership for other members of the team


The Requirements


As a successful candidate it is essential that you possess the following skills, experience and competencies:



  • Minimum 5 years in a recruitment position

  • Experience working on site in either Australia or as an expatriate in a developing country would be advantageous

  • Experience within the Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy, Petroleum or Engineering Industries is essential

  • Previous experience recruiting within APAC is highly advantageous

  • Knowledge of end to end recruitment lifecycle and processes

  • Previous experience working on an RPO would be advantageous

  • Excellent organisational, computer and communication skills are essential

  • Flexible with a high capacity to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
