We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced WENCO Dispatch engineerto join a mine in Mali.

The Company:


Our client is a well-known International Gold producer, the company's current focus is on the development of their gold mine. This is an exciting time to join the operation and Globe 24-7 has been selected as the recruitment partner to assist with the sourcing process for this position.

The Role:


We are seeking a WENCO Dispatch engineer who will report into the senior engineer and be responsible for Dispatch Fleet and Optimize Equipment utilization and usage to bring peak performance in Mining Operations.


Requirements:



  • IT diploma / degree

  • +7 years of experience in similar role

  • Keep real-time information on equipment.

  • Update Mining Data in terms of stockpile, dumps, and road network.

  • Liaise with Radio Maintenance and IT for Air Wave and Network management system.

  • Analyze and Provide Data to short- and long-term planning, Drill and Blast, and Geology.

  • Upload Grade blocks and drill patterns into systems.

  • Coordinate activities related to the operations and execution of Mine Dispatch System.

  • Contribute to the design and development of processes.

  • Ensure continued growth of crews and maximize operational efficiencies and profitability.

  • Capacity to work in a team environment

  • Excellent attitude towards safety

  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic

  • French fluent & English language skills
