Recruitment Administrator (RPO Project)

A great opportunity for an experienced English and Spanish-speaking Recruitment Administrator, to join our international team of dedicated professionals.

Globe 24-7 is an international Human Resources consulting company supporting the mining sector. We are looking to add a Recruitment Administrator for an RPO project, to be based on-site in Guatemala and support the Recruitment Team in delivering and executing a recruitment strategy for our client.

The Role

Reporting to the Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment team with booking and facilitating interviews and meetings, preparing candidate profiles, assessments, travels, pre-employment medicals, police checks, on-boarding documentation, and induction processes. Also, you will possess the ability to multi-task across the different areas of responsibility to deliver timely reports and ensure all documentation is kept confidential and up to date.

The Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Recruitment Team with preparing candidate profiles, notes, invoices, invites, registration, as well as proof reading and general data and documentation management.

  • Managing logistics for the interviews, meetings, travel arrangements etc.

  • Organizing pre-employment assessments (medical, criminal / police) and conduct reference checks.

  • Assisting with on-boarding documentation collection and induction process for new hires.

  • Maintaining all documentation in a clear and confidential database.

  • Supervising the Bullhorn Database to manage candidate information and hiring process.

  • Delivering weekly and ad-hoc reports on the status of all candidates' processes.

  • Liaising with the internal team, candidates, and clients.

  • Publishing job advertising and candidate attraction material through internal and external online channels and direct reach-outs.

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties

Our Requirements

First and foremost, we look for enthusiastic and results driven people who love to work hard and can display the following skills and experience:

  • 2 years' experience in a project-based or administrative position.

  • Strong planning and organization skills.

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Spanish and English

  • High attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with technology (will need to use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word and internal Bullhorn database)

  • Integrity / Confidentiality - able to keep results of Pre-Employment Assessments with integrity and not share/release confidential information (e.g. results)

  • Flexible with a high capacity to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.

  • Experience working in remote places would be a plus

  • Willingness to travel domestically

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity to commence immediately. The Recruitment Administrator will be based out of Asuncion Mita but will be required to travel locally. We therefore require a candidate who can work flexible rosters, sometimes with short notice, to align with business needs.
