A well-known mining company in Africa is looking for a French speaking Training Manager for their operation.

You will be involved in competency mapping in the company. Identify Training and development  needs within the organization. Design and develop training programs. Implement learning management system and training programs & manage training budgets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years Training Management experience within a mining company. Able to implement training needs for mining companies including technical-platforms, simulators etc.

You must also be fluent in both French and English.
