Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Mechanical Design Engineer to reimagine industrial machine design from the ground up and build a long-term career with us. Position Responsibilities:

• Design and Engineer: Develop high-performance furnace systems using high-temperature refractory metals and specialized alloys.
• Systems Engineering: Create industrial vacuum systems integrating mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing elements.
• Collaboration: Work with industry experts, suppliers, and the in-house team to turn concepts into practical solutions.
• Innovation: Reinvent debind and sinter furnaces using a first-principles approach, building prototypes, and optimizing through analysis and testing.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years in machine or complex mechanical design; systems engineering or multi-discipline project experience preferred.
• Skills: Mastery of SolidWorks (preferred) or equivalent 3D CAD tools; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Attributes: Inventive mind, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
