Process Engineer Req # L7315

Requirements: Masters degree in Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering (US or foreign degree), and 1 year of experience in the position or related capacity(ies) In the Semiconductor, Electronics or Chemistry industry. Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following: 1. Metrology tools: TEM, SEM, and FTIR 2. Process data analytics, including graph plotting and interpretation skills, statistics, and handling large amounts of data, and Microsoft Excel formula usage 3. Solid state processing and integrated circuits laboratory, and steps in the semiconductor manufacturing process 4. Thermodynamics and kinetics knowledge with respect to chemical reactions, including fluid mechanics, ions/radicals and mass balance 5. Electronic circuits, RF wavelengths 6. Computer model simulation, statistics and coding 7. Chemicals, chemical mixing, and reactions 8. Quality control and failure analysis Salary: $144,664.00 - $173,596.00/yr.
