Your Role:
As a Process Engineer, youll be a key contributor to the daily operations of our Electrocoat Binder production line, supporting the manufacture of resins and intermediates used in our CATHOGUARD product line. Youll ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving process improvements and standardization across shifts. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting, mentoring team members, and leading technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations to ensure safe and consistent production.


• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate bottlenecks.


• Analyze and resolve formulation and quality issues.


• Provide technical support during off-hours to maintain production continuity.


• Communicate process updates and project details clearly across teams.


• Facilitate root cause investigations and offer actionable solutions.


• Oversee plant trials and ensure technical accuracy.


• Mentor junior engineers and guide production teams in executing processes safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering.


• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing.


• Strong initiative and a drive to enhance operational efficiency.


• Proficiency in process control systems; ABB automation experience is a plus.


• Solid understanding of process equipment and instrumentation.


• Skilled in problem-solving and root cause analysis.


• Knowledge of Process Safety Management and EHS standards.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
