We work with our clients to develop and/or improve the design and safety of children's products. Our small office is seeking a technical driven individual to join our team of Project and Mechanical Engineers. Responsibilities Typical, but not all, responsibilities for this position include interpreting product test reports and entering data into compliance databases. Performing mechanical tests of products and writing up findings for clients. Collaborating with other colleagues, testing facilities, government agencies and clients. Working with CAD and SolidWorks. Actively staying up to date on training and industry specific topics of mechanical engineering. Education AAS in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent experience SolidWorks training Experience Technical Report Writing Mechanical Testing Mechanical Design Fabrication for Prototyping SolidWorks Experience Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
