Our client is a family-owned company that has been manufacturing products for over 100 years! They offer competitive wages, paid time off, benefits (after 90 days), a friendly work atmosphere and more! They are looking to add a Process Engineer to grow with their team.

As Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Improving production and processes
Creating production schedules based on orders, forecasts and inventory levels
Using Excel to create reports and worksheets
Analyzing KPIs for cycle times, schedules, on time deliveries, etc
Leading engineering projects
Overseeing the safety and regulatory program

To be considered for the Process Engineering position you must have:
Chemical Engineering degree is preferred; Mechanical Engineering may be acceptable. At least 1 year of experience is desired but co-ops or internships may be accepted
At least one year of previous experience planning and scheduling in a high-volume manufacturing facility
Proficiency with Excel
Experience working with ERP
Excellent communication skills; positive attitude
