You'll be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met while driving improvements to enhance department profitability. Your day-to-day will involve developing process methods and controls, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment issues, and providing technical leadership and training to resolve challenges effectively.

As a key member of our team, you'll need to understand equipment operation thoroughly to identify preventive and predictive maintenance needs. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you'll assist in the development of capital authorizations, manage small to medium capital projects, and ensure compliance with documentation for processes, maintenance, safety, and environmental standards. Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing process engineering, including expertise in blown film and bag-making processes.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical projects effectively.
• Openness to up to 50% of domestic travel.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
