AECOM is seeking a Transportation Civil Engineer for the Surface Transportation Department in Kentucky.

This role will provide the opportunity to directly support transformational projects including the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project. This project is one of the largest highway infrastructure projects in the country and entails design and construction of existing bridge improvements and a new bridge crossing of the Ohio River between Cincinnati and Covington Kentucky, along with 8 miles of significant highway improvements. Design has begun and will extend over the coming years, providing a unique opportunity for multiple career-defining roles on the project. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Assist the project management team on the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project with change management, project controls, budgets, schedule, procurement, and invoicing.

Coordination with project stakeholders including clients.

Preparation of design reports including design study reports, and technical memorandums

Calculate quantities and estimates for transportation projects.

Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for specific area of expertise.

Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.

Develops estimates of technical efforts for projects.

Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.

Performs quality control review of design calculations, studies, and/or drawings.
