Process Engineer

Our client is a leading chemical manufacturing company that specializes in producing high-quality products for various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to meet quality, cost, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop new production processes, as well as improve existing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality

Conduct process simulations and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process changes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues

Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams

Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization

Implement and maintain process control systems to ensure consistent and reliable production

Participate in equipment and process validations and qualifications

Train and mentor production personnel on new processes and procedures

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a process engineering role in a chemical manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of process simulation software and process control systems

Proven experience in process optimization and troubleshooting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting
