We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and quality-oriented individual to join our team as an Electrical Engineer with 7 or more years of engineering. Candidate will apply engineering skills to a variety of diverse and challenging projects. Qualified candidates will have experience in engineering projects with the ability to plan, organize, and direct project activities. The ideal candidate should have a desire to work and grow as a team player within a multi-discipline engineering firm.

Compensation and Benefits:

Approximate Base Salary - $95,000.00 - $(phone number removed) based on experience.

Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.

Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.

Hybrid Work Schedule (subject to change).

401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Prepare design tasks assigned by department manager.

Perform complete construction documents, including drawings, power system studies, and specifications.

Perform the execution of designs, including medium and low voltage AC, DC, single line diagrams, electrical plans, and equipment layout.

Perform the execution of both interior and exterior lighting design and calculate footcandle to ensure lighting design meets IESNA requirements.

Participate in meetings with clients and provide engineering support through design and construction phases including responding to AHJ comments, shop drawing review, and responding to RFI's.

Review of deliverables, including QA/QC through design and construction.

Serve as a technical resource to internal staff.

Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).

Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).

Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale.
