We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Electrical Engineer with a strong foundation in schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing electrical systems. With your expertise in the field, you will apply your knowledge and skills to prepare and implement complex electrical designs. The successful individual will be a self-starter with an eye for detail and a drive to deliver high-quality work. This is a permanent position and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement electrical systems by creating schematic designs and design development plans.
  • Prepare construction documents, ensuring all electrical specifications are incorporated accurately.
  • Administer construction projects, ensuring electrical installations are carried out correctly and safely.
  • Design electrical systems and circuits, as well as contributing to the design of electrical devices and appliances.
  • Create panel schedules and power plans, ensuring all electrical components function effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop lighting systems and perform load calculations, ensuring all electrical systems meet the required standards.
  • Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with Title 24 requirements.
  • Use AutoCAD to create detailed, accurate electrical designs and plans.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and professionals on large-scale projects, contributing your electrical expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including panel schedules, power plans, lighting systems, and load calculations.
  • Familiarity with Title 24 and other relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to create accurate, high-quality electrical designs and plans.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development, with the willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering.
