Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and implement automated control systems for various energy processes.
2. Collaborate with project teams to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
3. Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure optimal performance.
4. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate control systems into overall project design.
5. Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and operational manuals.
6. Ensure all control systems comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
7. Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.
8. Continually research and incorporate the latest industry trends and technologies into control systems design.
9. Manage and monitor project progress, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with PLCs.
2. Possess a Top Secret or Q clearance.
3. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the energy industry.
4. Proven project engineering experience, with a track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
5. A strong understanding of automated control systems, including their design, implementation, and operation.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
9. Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, and PLC programming tools.
10. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest industry advancements.
