• BA/BS Degree: Preferred - Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred
• In lieu of Associates Degree, 3-5 years technical or manufacturing experience required
• 2 yrs Medical manufacturing experience preferre

Process Engineer
Temp to Perm possibility
responsible for process capability, cost reduction, and continuous improvement project implementation within their designated manufacturing unit. Provides specific engineering work related to the field of expertise with broad overlap between engineering disciplines expected. Support capacity planning and growth, as well as define budgeted rates and process documentation. Ensures compliance with Client quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and Client safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold Client Values.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Implements and sustains BDPS work process for the manufacturing unit.
2. Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards.
3. Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator and technical associates.
4. Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
5. Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
6. Responsible for manufacturing unit change control including validation activities, root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.
7. Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

• Ensures safety of all associates and quality of product.
• Ensures new manufacturing processes and process improvements meet Manufacturing Unit objectives.
• Ensures equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
• Analyzes current state of equipment efficiency to drive OEE improvement and sustainability.

Levels of Supervision: None, Small Team (1- 10), Medium Team ( 10-20) or Large Team ( 20)
