We are on the lookout for a dynamic, highly skilled, and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our fast-growing team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supervising electrical systems installations. You will be working on a range of projects, with a focus on healthcare facilities. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a challenging environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about contributing to the construction of state-of-the-art buildings.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop electrical systems for construction projects, ensuring they meet all safety standards and project requirements.
2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
3. Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other construction professionals to integrate electrical systems into overall project design.
5. Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications for electrical systems.
6. Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
7. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on electrical design and implementation progress.
8. Ensure all electrical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and regulations.
9. Conduct research to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in electrical engineering and construction technology.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
4. Proven experience in electrical design and project engineering.
5. Experience working on healthcare facilities is a significant advantage.
6. Proficiency in using electrical design software and tools.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
11. Knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and electrical codes.
12. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the construction industry.
