Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test electrical equipment and systems, including circuit boards, motors, and wiring.
  • Use CAD, AutoCAD, and other software to create detailed electrical designs and specifications.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate with other engineers and team members to develop and improve products and systems.
  • Use PSPICE and SAP for circuit simulation, data analysis, and project management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct research to create new applications of electrical principles, testing procedures, or possible product improvements.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, data analysis results, and project updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, PSPICE, and SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, and testing procedures.
  • Proven experience in project management and team collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
