We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our energy projects, ensuring the successful design, development, and maintenance of complex electrical systems. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about energy sustainability and wants to make a significant impact in the field.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, including power systems and generators.
2. Conducting research and studies to improve the performance and efficiency of electrical instruments and systems.
3. Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by preparing and reviewing engineering design methods, drawings, calculations, and reports.
4. Supervising and training project team members as necessary.
5. Evaluating systems' safety, reliability, and performance.
6. Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams, providing critical input on electrical design and implementation.
7. Identifying opportunities for new technological innovations and improvements.
8. Overseeing project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Senior Electrical Engineer, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the energy industry, specifically with power systems and generators.
3. Proven experience in using design software for electrical engineering design.
4. In-depth knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes and electrical health and safety regulations.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
8. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
