The current opening is for a hands-on Process Engineer. Main duties include:
Develop and implement production and cost improvements
Implement activities to improve quality, safety, and cost
Refine manufacturing processes
Manage projects to achieve operational goals from start to finish

Qualifications include:
B.S. degree in Engineering
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar function
Prior steel manufacturing experience
Strong leadership ability, project management
Hands-on ability
Strong problem-solver and must be highly analytical
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
