Job Details

What You'll Do In This Growth Role:

1. Design and develop electrical systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
2. Utilize Autocad to create detailed electrical design schematics and layouts.
3. Work on low voltage design projects, optimizing systems for efficiency and safety.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into overall design projects.
5. Conduct detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
6. Oversee project workflow and make necessary changes to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
7. Perform quality control tasks on systems, design calculations, estimates, and plans to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and propose new approaches to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical systems design, Autocad, electrical design, and low voltage design.
3. Proficiency in using Autocad or similar computer-aided design software.
4. Knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes and systems integration.
5. Strong understanding of electrical health and safety regulations.
6. Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
