Job Details

Provide continuous support for the our Electrical Safety Policy, promptly addressing ICE-related safety inquiries, and assisting sites in developing safe work plans, particularly during off-hours due to unforeseen events.

Aid in the preparation and supervision of ICE project design and feasibility studies utilizing a stage-gate approach, encompassing Oilseeds, Grain, Milling areas, and other sectors as necessitated by business requirements. Ensure integration of reliability considerations in all designs.

Efficiently oversee projects to achieve timely and comprehensive objectives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, municipal, and company regulations. This includes maintaining meticulous project management plans, regular status updates, and similar communications.
Ensure turnover packages encompass appropriate documentation, training materials, recommended spare parts, and preventive/predictive maintenance plans.

Collaborate with the user community to identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives yielding measurable benefits to our company in safety, productivity, costs, and related areas.

Enhance the reporting and tracking of ICE-related downtime (Planned and Unplanned). Collaborate with sites and the our Reliability Team to enhance visibility of top troublesome ICE assets across sites, ensuring each site implements detailed plans, executes tasks punctually, and resolves issues effectively.

Improve the reliability and minimize downtime of ICE assets through optimization and enhancement of preventive (PM) and predictive (PdM) maintenance strategies. Work with Sites and our Reliability to assess current strategies, pinpoint gaps, and coordinate corrective actions of Site teams.

Collaborate with Site and our Reliability staff to formulate and oversee an ambitious 3-year strategy integrating various company technologies with significant impacts on Reliability and Operations. Additionally, oversee the implementation of Continuous Monitoring projects safeguarding critical assets at priority sites, coordinating efforts with service providers, contractors, and relevant internal teams.

Manage Root Cause Analyses for ICE-related failures and monitor the completion of corrective actions.
