Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our construction team (1 Entry Level, 1 Jr-Mid Level and 1 Sr Level). As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing mechanical systems for our projects. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems for projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and other software programs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure that mechanical systems are installed correctly.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that mechanical systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall design of the project.
  • Conduct testing and analysis of mechanical systems to ensure that they meet performance standards and comply with regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams during the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines for mechanical engineering tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in mechanical engineering, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into our projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other software programs used for mechanical engineering design.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards for mechanical systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and to prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
