We are currently partnering with a growing leader in the electrical manufacturing industry that manufactures products used in Military applications

We are looking for a Senior or Lead Electrical Engineer with the following experience:

Design and act as Senior Engineer in the design, development, and test of advanced batteries, battery chargers and other complex energy storage systems
Technical expertise in design of electronic power conversion circuits is preferred
Experience with low EMI circuit design is plus.
Play lead role in the architecture and development of electrical circuits for batteries, chargers and rechargeable battery based systems.
Directly contribute and or supervise small teams to accomplish the following:
Create schematics
Work with contractors to realize PCB layout.
Interface with mechanical engineers for power and packaging considerations.
Develop test plans for product qualification and acceptance.
Qualify final product or systems.
Record, analyses and interprets test data, including modification and retesting products.
Prepare product documentation, writing reports and giving presentation.
Provides technical support to sales and marketing for bids and proposals.
Administer feedback on team members during annual performance review
Experience Required: 10+ years Electrical Engineering experience
Education Required: Bachelors of Science - Electrical Engineering
Skills/Competencies: Good Communicator, knowledge of CAD Software, Microsoft Office
