Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Lead process design and implementation for new and existing products.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize manufacturing processes and eliminate waste.
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements using AutoCAD and other design software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development and design for manufacturing.
- Conduct process simulation studies to support process improvements and new product development.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management, making recommendations for improvements.
- Train and mentor other team members on process engineering principles and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Engineering or a related role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Manufacturing Engineering, Six Sigma, Product Development, Process Engineering, AutoCAD, Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Design for Manufacturing, and Process Simulation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for designing and modeling is preferred.
- Experience in a regulated industry, such as automotive, aerospace, or medical devices, is a plus.
- Must be willing to continue learning and developing new skills in line with the latest industry trends.
