This position will be remote eventually, but to start out the individual must be located within driving distance to be on site daily at our Oxford, NC plant. Once these projects are completed at this site, you will be expected to travel domestically within the U.S. to any of our other roofing plants as required but will be able to work from home. This position requires travel up to 60%.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the development and safe implementation of equipment and installation (packages) within capital projects for the XX Roofing manufacturing plants including process design development, procurement, installation, and commissioning.

The Principal Electrical Engineer reports to the Project Engineering Manager within the Project Management Office (PMO) and works for the Project Managers within the PMO in the assigned project, meeting or exceeding their expectations in terms of Scope, Cost, Schedule, and communication.
