Perform in-depth analysis and
develop concepts for Central Services Engineering (CSE) department particularly
in Mechanical Engineering, to support Central Services Engineering Department
and to mentor the counterparts thereby to achieve a safe, healthful and
comfortable working environment in compliance with DOME (Department of Mine
& Energy) regulations, PTFI Standards and international best practices to
make CSE more effective & efficient.
Additional
Responsibilities:
- Develop, coach, and motivate counterparts through OJT
(On Job Training) and other forms of training to enhance skills, knowledge
and capabilities within the areas of responsibility.
- Provide high standard engineering initiatives and
applications that accounts all aspect including design and installation
method, cost requirement, optimum spare parts utilization and system
management.
- Liaise engineering plans and designs among department
within Central Services division and other Departments to ensure they are
realistic, viable and achievable and in compliance to government of
Indonesia regulations, PTFI policies and standards and international best
practices.
- Actively participates in a culturally diverse workplace
and seeks a method to ensure that technology transfer and best practices
methods are effectively conveyed to all affected personnel.
- Review all monthly and annual reports of engineering,
budget and project and ensure the accuracy and relevance of technical
information have been covered in the reports.
- Provide advice to the counterpart to assess works
conditions and develop recommendations on corrective actions that may need
to be taken and provide technical feedback to the respective sources as
needed.
7. Organize ESRs (Engineering Service Request) and
AFEs (Authorization for Expenditure) of existing and future projects in an
effective and efficient manner and review for technical baseline requirements
and overall accuracy.
