Crane A&E is currently in search of an Electrical Engineer (I-II) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in sustaining and developing Military/Defense equipment and applications. Your primary focus will be enhancing and analyzing RF and mixed-signal communications hardware components. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Crane A&E's flagship facilities, where you will be engaged in cutting-edge Military & Defense projects and be at the forefront of designing and developing state of-the-art Integrated Microwave Assemblies. As an Electrical Engineer youll be responsible for:
Conduct comprehensive systems analysis, modeling, and simulation
Enhance RF and mixed-signal communications hardware components
Integrate and test microwave assemblies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards
Electrical Engineer Requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering, MS preferred.
1-4 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with microwave/millimeter-wave design principle
Knowledge or proficiency in RF and mixed-signal design technologies, including receivers, synthesizers, and transmitter
Compensation: Up to $120k+, negotiable - based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and potential relocation sign-on bonus.
