Position Details:
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Job Location: New Castle, DE (Hybrid, 60/40, in-office / remote)

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annually based upon qualifications
Summary:
As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and working with our clients on Front-End Loading Design of Industrial Plant Capital Projects. You will work with Power Distribution for Medium Voltage and Low Voltage schematics, wiring diagrams, one-lines, equipment arrangements, and lighting design. You will not only design, troubleshoot, and problem solve, but you will often put on your "Project Engineering Hat" and work closely with our other On-Board Engineering Discipline Team Members to complete project objectives on-time and within budget.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 3+ years of Electrical engineering experience either within (or as a consultant to) the industrial, chemicals, refinery, or energy industry (required)
E.I.T. or (P.E.) preferred but not required
Experience and knowledge in Power Distribution for Medium Voltage and Low Voltage schematics, wiring diagrams, one-lines, equipment arrangements, and lighting design
Competence in Project Management activities such as scope development, cost and man hours estimates, bid package development, scheduling, vendor evaluation / review
Front-End Loading Design experience on Plant Capital Projects highly preferred
Arc Flash Hazard Analysis Experience (Strong Plus)
