We are currently seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our company's engineering process, playing a critical role in the design, development, testing, and implementation of our innovative products. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in all phases of product development, including conceptualization, design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
2. Utilize engineering principles to design and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
3. Perform mechanical testing on product prototypes and existing products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
4. Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings of products and systems.
5. Conduct thorough engineering analysis to identify potential design improvements and solve complex engineering problems.
6. Manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
7. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer and industry standards.
8. Collaborate with production staff to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions.
9. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards, and apply this knowledge in your work.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in project management, engineering analysis, quality control, product development, and manufacturing processes.
4. Strong proficiency in mechanical testing and the use of engineering software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex engineering issues and develop effective solutions.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
9. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
