Job Description:

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

US Citizenship RequiredUS Citizenship Required.

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent directly related experience.

• Candidate must work in a production team environment to support production timelines by limiting offline assets.

• Work with multiple disciplines to provide comprehensive causal analysis.

• Provide proper dispositions for hardware for repair, scrap or use as is as appropriate.

• Must be able to achieve MRB credentials. (Material Review Board)

• Look at hardware and make a decision if it is good as is, requires changes , repair is needed, or replacement needed.

The Candidate should have a demonstrated aptitude and skills to utilize various instruments to troubleshoot hardware failures such as Digital Multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, network analyzer and spectrum analyzer for troubleshooting electrical and/or computer equipment failures. The candidate will be responsible for working with other disciplines to resolve hardware failures, discrepancies and/or test anomalies (involving root-cause analysis, failure review boards, adequate corrective action and subsequent Q-note disposition.) resulting in the return to service of suspect electronic assemblies.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting drawing changes through the formal change process.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of printed wiring board and printed wiring assembly fabrication processes is desired as well as CAD tool experience for schematic capture.

• Experience in surface finishes for metal chassis or metallurgy would also be a desired skill.

• Candidate must possess good oral presentation, interpersonal communication, and technical writing skills. The candidate should be a self-starter and be able to work under minimum direction. The candidate must have the ability to work well in a team environment.

• The candidate should understand the concept of hardware obsolescence.

• Travel to client's production facilities, supplier's facilities, and customer facilities will be required.

• Candidate must have or be able to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
