As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the full lifecycle of automation machinery projects-from design to delivery. You'll be the go-to expert for electrical design, programming (PCs, PLCs, HMIs), troubleshooting, and testing, ensuring that systems are up and running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of electrical designs from start to finish, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical systems.
  • Develop and refine electrical schematics, program PLCs, HMIs, and troubleshoot with precision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth machine startup and site acceptance.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to guarantee systems meet the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, sharing insights and best practices across the team.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced Professionals: You have a proven track record in controls engineering for industrial machinery and are comfortable working with PLC & HMI systems.
  • Problem-Solvers: You thrive on troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues with creative solutions.
  • Design Excellence: You're skilled at creating electrical schematics, panel layouts, and have experience with CAD software (EPLAN P8 preferred).
  • Safety & Standards: You have in-depth knowledge of national electrical and safety standards (NEC, NFPA, ANSI).
  • Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: A solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: You're proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with QAD and SmarTeam is a plus.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in machine controls design.
