Title: Mechanical Engineering and R&D Supervisor

Location: Madison Heights, VA

Shift: M-F, 8-5

Compensation: 100k-150k (depending on experience)

Position Description:

As the Mechanical Engineering and R&D Supervisor, you will be responsible for building, developing and managing a team of Mechanical Engineers. The team will have a primary focus on providing mechanical designs ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and product requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager role.
• 10+ years of engineering experience including R&D
• Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience with motion controls, servos and UL standards
• HMI Experience with Rockwell/Siemens
• OSHA standards
