Job Description:

OBJECTIVE

Incumbent is responsible for the development of new product offerings, which encompasses pre-development, pre-study, development, testing, evaluation, competitor analysis, and technology analysis.

The role ensures that products meet relevant requirements for producibility, assembly, installation, serviceability, sustainability, and optimal CO2 design while adhering to stakeholder demands and modern modularization principles. Additionally, the Electrical Engineer is responsible for establishing technical requirement specifications for new projects or engineering changes, managing engineering changes independently or through collaboration, and working closely with suppliers during the development of technical solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design and Implement Electrical Solutions:

o Develop and deliver electrical solutions based on provided concepts.

o Provide cost-effective solutions, ensuring optimal performance and adhering to sustainability goals.

o Conduct technical investigations and root cause analyses, estimating time requirements for activities.

o Apply company modularization principles in the development of electrical designs.

o Collaborate closely with suppliers during the development and implementation of technical solutions.

Technical Requirement Specifications:

o Establish technical requirement specifications for new electrical projects or engineering changes.

Engineering Change Management:

o Independently manage or collaborate on engineering changes, including testing, documentation, and drawings.

Process Adherence:

o Follow established routines and processes in the field of electrical engineering.

Process Development:

o Participate in the development of routines and processes specific to electrical engineering, ensuring high-quality documentation and promoting the production of ready-to-install automated products.

New Development Projects:

o Actively engage in new development projects, translating electrical strategies into reality.

Safety and Compliance:

o Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment within the context of electrical engineering.

o Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards in the development of automated systems.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS Degree in EE Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering

Ability to analyze and interpret data

Ability to demonstrate professionalism, time management and confidentiality

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

Maintains positive working relationships with all internal and external customers

Excellent PC and computer skills with the ability to create reports when needed

Experience in communication, leadership, relationship management, ethical work practices, and business acumen

Experience managing confidential or proprietary information required
