Are you an Electrical Engineer who enjoys designing complex systems from scratch - and actually seeing them come to life on the shop floor?

This is a rare opportunity to lead electrical design in a brand-new role with a company that's tripled in size and continues to grow fast. They design and build engineered products for essential industries, and with demand on the rise, they're now bringing all electrical design in-house - starting with you!

Based in Tulsa, you'll take ownership of full-cycle design work. From concept to completion, you'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams across multiple sites, with the support you need to succeed and the autonomy to make the role your own.

The Role:

• Lead electrical design projects from initial concept to final product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
• Take full ownership of system layouts, schematics, and electrical planning
• Monday - Friday (days-based role, flexi-hours to suit your home life)

The Person:

• Experience in electrical design with fabricated or industrial products
• Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with production environments
• Comfortable with occasional travel (around 10%)
• Experience with control panels, industrial power systems, equipment wiring, or anything similar in large-scale machinery
