Action Group is recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer position. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional with multiple areas of technical expertise. The candidate will have experience with bidding, performance, checking, and production/quality management.

Pay: $125k-$160k+ DOE

Travel: 10-20%

Requirements of the Senior Electrical Engineer:

• BS or MS in Engineering
• PE, Professional Engineer, license required
• 10+ years' experience in the oil and gas industry, SME
• SKM or ETAP modeling software
• Power company negotiation skills (a strong plus)
• Experience with medium and low voltage power distribution in industrial facilities
• Running project teams
• Experienced in design, engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Electrical Engineer of Record for medium and large industrial facility EPC Projects
• Technical direction and sealing of electrical design documents and studies

Responsibilities of the Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Provide leadership to design and construction teams
• Work directly with clients to develop and execute projects
• Research, Develop proposals for new projects
• Power company negotiation skills (a strong plus)
