Associate Electrical Engineer
Support and sustain instrument manufacturing by assisting in electronic design efforts from feasibility through manufacturing release. Contribute to schematic design, PCB layout, debugging, and analysis for next-generation diagnostic equipment. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement product and process improvements addressing quality, obsolescence, cost reduction, and efficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities.
Identify and resolve quality issues across departments.
Execute change management activities to update production processes.
Review and maintain BOMs, assembly instructions, and test procedures.
Assist in developing and implementing technical solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional and project-specific teams.
Manage tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Apply problem-solving tools to deliver effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with design control and quality procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
BS in Electrical Engineering with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in electronic system design and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with electronic CAD tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of quality systems and documentation standards.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
