Must Haves:

• 5+ years in a mechanical or systems engineer role
• Model simulations
• System Modeling Experience
• Building and designing heat exchangers from SCRATCH
• Heat exchangers experience/expert in designing heat exchangers in MATLAB or EES
• Thermodynamic systems
• Own entire process of heat exchangers
• Background leading projects/new initiatives/expertise
• Technical comparisons
• Predictive capabilities
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in methods/tools for heat exchangers
• System Modeling Experience
• Bachelors Degree

Day to Day:

Our client is looking for a high-level Mechanical Engineers to sit in Syracuse, NY to lead technology development and capability transfer. Main responsibilities include: leading technology programs focused on heat exchangers, identifying innovation opportunities that improve our client's products, educating cross-functional teams to ensure successful technology adoption, and training engineers on modeling and new software.
